Pommeau de Normandie
Presentation
Pommeau de Normandie is produced from the marriage of cider apple juice harvested from identified orchards and its spirit, Calvados. Around thirty apple varieties have been selected for its production.
Pommeau Lelouvier is then aged for at least 14 months in oak barrels before being bottled. Traditionally served as an aperitif, the ideal temperature to appreciate its aromas is between 8 and 10°C.
It pairs wonderfully with foie gras and served in the heart of a melon, and is an ideal accompaniment to apple-based desserts.Awards
